This is the first live-action drama series of Detective Conan, also starring Junpei Mizobata and Shiori Kutsuna, taking place before Shinichi Kudo (Junpei Mizobata) is shrunk to primary school age after being fed a poison and is from then on forced to adopt the pseudonym of “Conan”. The episode starts when Shinichi, Ran, and her father, Kogoro wake up trapped in a white cubical cell with no recollection of how they arrived there. Each room forces Shinichi to remember past cases and enter a keyword connected to them, which would then reveal a door allowing them to proceed to the next room. Each room gives only a date and a single, outstanding detail with which to jolt Shinichi’s memory.
