Top Indonesian prospect Stefer Rahardian impressed in his ONE Championship debut by winning the ONE: TITLES & TITANS Flyweight Tournament in August of 2016. Rahardian finished both Yotha Hutagalung and Hendrick Wijaya by first round rear-naked choke to become the tournament winner. In his last outing, Rahardian outperformed Eugene Toquero to win by unanimous decision in three rounds. Now unbeaten at six wins and no losses, Rahardian puts his unblemished record on the line against Sim Bunsrun.

24-year-old Adrian Matheis of Jakarta, Indonesia, is a martial artist competing in ONE Championship’s talented strawweight division. In the ONE: TITLES & TITANS strawweight tournament in August 2016, Matheis defeated both Rustam Hutajulu and Roso Nugroho via scintillating knockouts in one night to be crowned tournament champion. Coconuts Media and iflix today announced the imminent launch of Coconuts TV on iflix, a six-episode documentary series exploring weird and wondrous stories of Asia.
iflix, the world’s leading Subscription Video on Demand (SVoD) service for emerging markets, has commissioned Coconuts, Asia’s leading alternative media company, to produce the magazine-style show, which will primarily focus on Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Thailand.

Filming on Coconuts TV on iflix has commenced, with the show scheduled to be delivered by the end of 2017 and released exclusively on iflix in early 2018.

In 22-minute episodes, the series will expose the underbelly and explore the offbeat, fromgoing behind the scenes at a transgender beauty pageant in Thailand, to exploring the growing threat of HIV amongst Malaysian fishermen, or meeting the firefighting elephants of Sumatra in Coconuts’ signature “snarky but compassionate” style.

Segments will be hosted by young, local talent with a connection to the subject matter.

As part of the production deal, Coconuts will conduct a full-suite marketing campaign for the series to its website and social media audience of millions.

Malam Ahad lalu telah berlangsungnya episod kesembilan Da’i Pendakwah Nusantara Musim Kelima secara langsung dari Sri Pentas 2, Plaza Alam Sentral, Shah Alam.

Buat pertama kalinya, program realiti ini memperkenalkan konsep dan format yang baharu iaitu “Pengajian Kitab”. Para peserta telah memberikan tazkirah secara berpasangan dan bergilir untuk menerangkan petikan hadis daripada kitab ‘Riyadus Solihin’ oleh juri tetap Ustaz Zarifi Daud dan Prof. Madya Dr. Sharifah Hayaati. Setelah keenam-enam peserta selesai memberikan tazkirah, Da’i Adneen telah diumumkan tersingkir di akhir rancangan malam itu. 

Pada malam Ahad itu, para peserta Da’i telah dipasangkan kepada tiga pasangan. Da’i Fahmi bergandingan dengan Da’i Afiqah, Da’i Aiman bersama Da’i Syafiqah, dan Da’i Hakim bersama Da’i Adneen. Setiap pasangan akan dibacakan dua petikan hadis daripada Kitab Riyadus Solihin. Setiap seorang daripada mereka diberikan masa sebanyak dua minit untuk memberikan penerangan setiap petikan hadis yang dibacakan.

Menurut Juri Tetap Da’i Pendakwah Nusantara musim ke-5, Prof. Madya Dr. Sharifah Hayaati Syed Ismail “Alhamdulillah saya dapat saksikan satu sejarah program realiti Dai Pendakwah Nusantara kerana buat pertama kalinya memaparkan konsep dan format yang baharu. Mengupas hadis merupakan antara asas tazkirah seorang pendakwah. Malam ini saya amat teruja dan berbangga dengan prestasi peserta kerana mereka dapat memberikan penerangan dengan tenang sambil menyampaikan dengan kreativiti masing-masing. Saya berharap agar format ini dapat dikekalkan di musim-musim akan datang kerana ini merupakan penyediaan kepada para peserta bagi menghadapi dunia pendakwah yang sebenar di luar sana.”

“Buat Da’i Adneen, jangan menyerah kerana Adneen mempunyai potensi yang amat besar. Dari awal musim ini kita telah memberikan satu label kepada Adneen sebagai seorang yang kecil-kecil cili padi kerana adneen mempunyai hati yang besar dan penuh dengan ilmu. Walau bagaimanapun, saya nasihatkan kepada Adneen supaya jangan berhenti belajar, kerana Adneen mempunyai masa depan yang cerah, Insya Allah.” tambahnya lagi.

Para peserta pada malam itu telah mempersembahkan topik-topik dari kitab Riyadus Salihin yang telah diberikan oleh penerbit mengikut urutan berikut:

Da’i Pendakwah Nusantara Musim Ke-5 ini masih mengekalkan Datuk Ustaz Kazim Elias sebagai Mursyid. Di mana tugasnya adalah untuk menasihati para Da’i juga merangkap sebagai ketua tenaga pengajar. Murabbi yang terdiri daripada Ustaz Roslan Mohamed dan Ustazah Asni Abu Mansor Al-Hafizah pula, merupakan tenaga pengajar utama peserta Da’i yang akan meluangkan masa bersama mereka sepanjang program ini berlangsung. Di samping itu, peserta Da’i juga akan turut menimba ilmu daripada juri-juri tetap pada setiap siaran langsung program ini. Juri-juri tetap yang akan bersama mereka adalah Ustaz Mohamad Zarifi bin Mohamad Daud dan Prof. Madya Dr. Sharifah Hayaati Syed Ismail.

Sistem pemarkahan untuk musim ini adalah 70% dari juri tetap, iaitu daripada Ustaz Mohamad Zarifi bin Mohamad Daud dan Prof. Madya Dr. Sharifah Hayaati Syed Ismail masing-masing akan mengadili dari sudut isi dan hafazan sebanyak (35%), manakala (35%) lagi adalah melalui personaliti serta gaya persembahan. 20% akan diberikan oleh Murabbi iaitu Ustaz Roslan Mohamed dan Ustazah Asni Al-Hafizah. Akhir sekali, 10% dari juri awam yang diundang pada setiap episod.

Juara Da’i Pendakwah Nusantara musim kelima ini akan membawa pulang hadiah wang tunai berjumlah RM50,000 serta trofi Da’i Pendakwah Nusantara. Pemenang saguhati akan mendapat wang tunai berjumlah RM5,000 serta trofi Da’i Pendakwah Nusantara. Manakala penyandang gelaran Da’i Pilihan Penonton akan diumumkan di Pentas Akhir Da’i Pendakwah Nusantara.

Pemenang Da’i Pilihan Penonton ini akan dipilih berdasarkan jumlah kemenangan sebagai Da’i Pilihan Penonton setiap minggu yang ditentukan melalui jumlah hashtag nama mereka pada setiap minggu. Contohnya, jumlah sebutan #daifahmi di laman sosial Twitter adalah yang terbanyak pada satu minggu itu, akan dipilih sebagai Da’i Pilihan Penonton minggu tersebut. Sekiranya, Da’i Fahmi telah dinobatkan sebagai Da’i Pilihan Penonton yang terbanyak sepanjang musim, secara automatik Da’i Fahmi akan memenangi gelaran Da’i Pilihan Penonton musim kelima.

Da’i Pendakwah Nusantara musim Ke-5 bertuah kerana sekali lagi mendapat sokongan dari penaja iaitu Almas Beauty & Health. Tambahan pula, penaja utama turut memberikan sumbangan kepada para pemenang untuk tahun ini. Juara Pendakwah Nusantara Musim Ke-5 akan menerima sebuah pakej Umrah untuk 2 orang. Manakala pemenang saguhati dan Da’i Pilihan Almas masing-masing akan menerima sebuah pakej percutian kapal persiaran.

Penonton juga berpeluang untuk menyaksikan Jurnal Da’i yang bersiaran pada setiap hari Ahad, jam 6.00 petang dan dihoskan oleh Da’i Syed (musim ke-4). Jurnal Da’i akan memaparkan perjalanan pembelajaran mereka sebelum bergelar Da’i, di belakang tabir kelas bersama Murabbi dan Mursyid, aktiviti-aktiviti riadah dan juga aktiviti bersama penaja.

Tepat jam 9.30 malam, kumpulan yang dianggotai empat figura yang tidak perlu diperkenalkan kepada umum, Sham, Eddie, Black dan Awie muncul dengan lagu pembukaan Inspirasi Taming Sari yang cukup sinonim dengan semangat kepahlawanan melayu Melaka sekaligus menamatkan penantian lebih 2000 peminat yang membanjiri perkarangan MITC Melaka seawal pukul 5 petang.

Tanpa memberi ruang kepada peminat untuk berehat, wings terus memaku hadirin dengan rangkaian lagu-lagu yang cukup energatik seperti Jerangkung Dalam Almari dan Hukum Karma.  Kelibat Sham di atas pentas sedikit sebanyak menimbulkan persoalan kepada peminat yang baru mengenali Wings, namun kredibiliti gitaris asal yang turut merakamkan album “Belenggu Irama” tidak harus dipertikaikan.  Beliau tetap aktif bermain muzik bersama kumpulan Skyhigh namun kini beliau kembali ke pangkuan Wings setelah ketiadaaan Joe.

“Terima kasih kepada anda semua yang masih setia memberikan sokongan kepada Wings yang menganjak usia 32 tahun di persada muzik tanahair dan ini kali kedua kami beraksi di MITC, Melaka selepas kali pertama kami menjejakkan kaki ke sini dalam Konsert Menakluk Kosmos dahulu”, ujar Awie selaku vokalis utama kumpulan Wings.

Wings kemudiannya mendendangkan 2 buah lagu yang di petik daripada album “Menakluk Kosmos” yang berjudul Komplikasi Pramaya dan Penanti.  Aksi bersahaja Edrie Hashim ketika melakukan moshing sambil memetik gitar terus mendapat perhatian daripada hadirin dan juga lensa jurukamera yang hadir.  Eddie juga tidak kurang hebat dengan pekikan bassnya yang cukup auranya.

Selepas hadir dengan lagu Opera Hidup dan Bujang Senang, Datuk M.Nasir tampil di atas pentas berkolaborasi bersama Wings melalui lagu Rantai.  Figura yang bertanggungjawab membawa dan memperkenalkan Wings dalam kancah industri rock tempatan.  Beliau juga menyumbangkan karya hebatnya kepada kumpulan Wings.

Tanpa noktah Datuk M.Nasir melontarkan vokalnya melalui lagu Midnight Blues sementara Awie bertindak sebagai gitaris.  Melodi lagu ini telah di olah untuk mendapatkan mood yang lebih sesuai dengan kemampuan M.Nasir.

M.Nasir kemudiannya membawa hadirin mengembara bersama 2 buah lagu hits beliau iaitu Hati Emas dan Gerhana sebelum kembali menyerahkan pentas kepada Wings.  Kolaborasi hebat di antara Wings dan M.Nasir tidak perlu dipertikaikan lagi apatah lagi di selangi limpahan cahaya lampu backline yang sentiasa menghidupkan suasana pentas.

Lagu Ingatkan Dia terus berkumandang diselangi sambutan vokal daripada peminat yang turut sama bernyanyi sedikit sebanyak memecahkan kedinginan yang mula menyelubungi lokasi persembahan. Lipas Kudung dan pastinya Sejati tidak akan ada ruang untuk hadirin berlalu meninggalkan pentas.  Dentuman dan hentakan padu daripada Black terus memaku peminat biarpaun kadangkala kelihatan Sham beberapa kali menukar gitarnya yang mengalami sedikit masalah namun ianya tidak menganggu persembahan Wings.  Begitu juga dengan masalah sistem bunyi yang mengalami gangguan ketika lagu sejati di persembahkan.  Paduan serta kejasama jitu di kalangan pasukan teknikal memberi impak yang besar kepada sesebuah persembahan.

Wings melabuhkan tirai persembahan dengan lagu Peronda Jaket Biru yang cukup rempah ratusnya.  Kudin Headwind pula bertindak selaku kibordis yang mewanai lagi dunia muzik Wings di MITC Melaka yang berlangsung selama lebih 2 jam.

Peminat terlebih dahulu dihiburkan oleh duo pelawak tempatan Apek dan Yassin sebelum pentas di serahkan sepenuhnya kepada kumpulan Wings.

Konsert Wings di MITC Melaka pada 9 September lalu adalah bersempena dengan Fiesta Getthiss di Pusat Dagangan Antarabangsa Melaka (MITC) Ayer Keroh, Melaka.  Memang benar dan sekaligus menjadi saksi penting bahawa siulan Wings yang berdendang, bertebaran dan berkelana ke segenap sanubari pengikutnya sejak tiga dekad lalu, masih berbisa.
