What is this ‘Holi Festival’?
Holi (pronunciation: /ˈhoʊliː/; Sanskrit: Holī) is a spring festival, also known as the festival of colours or the festival of love. It is an ancient Hindu religious festival which has become popular with non-Hindus in many parts of South Asia, as well as people of other communities outside Asia.
What is the charges?
it is free entrance ,You only need to purchase Color powders at the venue if you wish to participate in the play of colors ! RM10 for 3 colours.
Do I need to register?
Registration will be done at the venue. No pre-registration is required.
Can I bring my own color powder?
No. For safety purpose All Colors must be bought at the venue.
I am a professional/amatuer photographer. Can I photograph the event?
U need to register early by sending us msg .
strictly no DSLRs will be allowed. You may use personal cameras and phones.
Why are we limiting photographers?
As this is a community and cultural event, we also have to impose restrictions on photgraphy to ensure that there are no compromising images. The registered Media members will need to attend a pre-event briefing. We hope for your co-operation and kind understanding.
My friends are Muslim. Are they allowed to attend?
COLOURS OF MALAYSIA HOLI FEST 2015 is open to public and our theme itself shows the unity of Malaysia, so why not? Muslims are our brothers & sister too! So invite your Muslim friends too guys !!
Can the colors be removed?
We provide colors that are safe and do not contain harmful chemicals. They are washable, however it may require repeated washes or a few days to completely disappear.
STAY IN TOUCH WITH US WE WILL GIVE SOME ADVISE ON HOW TO REMOVE THE COLOURS
