Astro Vinmeen HD, the first 24-hour HD Tamil general entertainment channel in South East Asia, has been launched on Singtel TV in Singapore on 1st July 2015.
The successful launch of Astro Vinmeen HD on Singtel TV is the result of a distribution partnership between Astro and Singtel TV. Astro’s Vellithirai was the first Astro’s Tamil channel to be made available on Singtel last year. The partnership reaffirms the potential and demand of the Astro branded Tamil channels to be distributed in Tamil speaking markets internationally.
