Known all around the world as the Prince of Romance (dubbed by Nancy Reagan), Richard Clayderman will once again charm us with his magical fingers through his distinctive re-interpretations of classical and popular tunes from his newest album, perfectly titled ‘Romantique’. The 60 year old blond-hair blue-eyed superstar does not only swoon, but has a reputation to reduce his audiences to tears with the way he flawlessly glides his fingers through the keys of his instrument, the piano.

Born as Philippe Pagès, Clayderman is “the most successful pianist in the world” according to The Guinness Book of World Records. With over 85 million records sold over his career, Clayderman is still one of the most anticipated musicians and his songs are continuously being played across borders, regardless of race and colour.

His vast discography of well over 200 albums, released on and licensed to many different labels worldwide, he has recorded everything from light classics to Andrew Lloyd Webber love songs, Bollywood movie soundtracks, and the folk music of Germany, Turkey, and even Japan.

Clayderman’s approach on music and melody is exceptionally remarkable. Every live show is unforgettable and leaves his fans wanting more. His concerts are quickly sold out and have become a widely awaited event.
