The Publicist, conceptualized by Monty Tiwa, is a story that focuses on the relationship between a troubled actor, Reynaldi, whose career is in jeopardy following a scandal and a publicist, Julia, who is brought in to help restore his tarnished image. Adipati Dolken and Prisia Nasution play the roles of Actor and Publicist respectively in this romantic drama.

“I’m excited to play a complex and original character like Julia, an image maker who provides a second chance to Reynaldi to rebuild his life and career after a scandal. In this era of strong gender biases in Indonesia, playing a character who is confident and outspoken and yet has a past that she doesn’t want to reveal is a rare and compelling opportunity,” said Prisia Nasution.

“Working with Viu Indonesia allowed me as a filmmaker to work more creatively than ever before. It was a delight to create a series with big screen treatments, explore story ideation and develop the script. We have worked with the best crew and cast in the movie industry for The Publicist. Filem pengarah Dain Iskandar Said Interchange mendapat pengiktirafan antarabangsa selepas Festival Filem Locarno yang berpengkalan di Switzerland menjemput filem ini untuk ditayangkan di festival yang berprestij itu.

Selain Nandita dan Dain Said, rombongan Malaysia juga akan diiringi pelakon Shaheizy Sam, Iedil Putra, pengarah fotografi Jordan Chiam (Terbaik Dari Langit) dan pengarah muzik Luka Kuncevic (Polis Evo). Pelakon Indonesia Nicholas Saputra dan Prisia Nasution yang turut membintangi filem tersebut juga turut diundang ke festival tersebut.Interchange akan ditayangkan pada 5 Ogos 2016 di Piazza Grande yang mampu memuatkan seramai 8,000 penonton pada satu masa di ruang terbuka dan ditayangkan di layar gergasi (26×14 meter) untuk tatapan seluruh pengunjung yang hadir ke festival tersebut.

Festival Filem Locarno diwujudkan sejak tahun 1946 dan pernah menampilkan pengarah-pengarah terkemuka seperti Claude Chabrol, Stanley Kubrick, Miloš Forman, Béla Tarr, Chen Kaige, Alexandr Sokurov, Jim Jarmusch, Spike Lee, Ang Lee, Claire Denis, Kim Ki-Duk, Abbas Kiarostami dan ramai lagi.Filem kedua Dain Said yang menemui penonton di pawagam bakal ditayangkan pada awal 2017. Ia diterbitkan oleh Apparat dan dibiayai oleh Sonneratia Capital, Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDec) dan Seeing Eye Films dengan kerjasama Filem Nasional (FINAS). Interchange juga diterbitkan bersama penerbit Indonesia, Cinesurya.

Film seram supernatural ini menggabungkan pelakon-pelakon hebat Malaysia dan Indonesia seperti Shaheizy Sam, Nicholas Saputra, Prisia Nasution, Iedil Putra, Nadiya Nissa, Alvin Wong dan Chew Kin Wah. 

Teaser filem Interchange sudah pun boleh dicapai secara dalam talian bermula Khamis, 12 Mei 2016.

SINOPSIS FILEM

DETEKTIF MAN (SHAHEIZY SAM), bersama rakannya ADAM (IEDIL PUTRA), seorang jurufoto forensik, terlibat di dalam satu kes pembunuh bersiri yang amat mengerikan sehingga ianya memberi igauan serta kesan amat mendalam kepada Adam. Sejak dari peristiwa tersebut, Adam mula menyendiri dan menghindari dunia nyata dengan mengambil foto dari beranda apartmennya. Dari lensa kamera beliau, Adam mengintip IVA (PRISIA NASUTION), seorang wanita misteri berasal dari Borneo yang baru sahaja berpindah ke apartment bertentangan. Tatkala itu, mulalah Adam diselinap masuk ke dalam dunia penuh misteri Iva. Pada masa yang sama, Man berjaya memecah kebuntuan kes-kes pembunuhan yang berlaku. Akhirnya, mulalah konflik dengan pelbagai kejadian-kejadian mistik, ngeri dan kepercayaan dahulukala yang mula menghantui mereka.
