Pembukaan McDonald’s di The Intermark cipta memori baharu setelah penutupan McDonald’s di Ampang Park

McDonald’s mengadakan satu sambutan untuk meraikan kenangan manis selama 28 tahun operasi restorannya di Ampang Park hari ini. Pelbagai aktiviti menyeronokkan dijalankan seperti persembahan busker, lukisan muka dan gubahan belon untuk kanak-kanak sebagai sebahagian daripada sambutan yang menandakan hari terakhir operasi McDonald’s Ampang Park.

Para pelanggan berpeluang mengabadikan kenangan manis mereka di restoran ini buat kali terakhir melalui pelbagai sesi fotografi yang disediakan sempena sambutan yang diadakan.

Restoran McDonald’s di Ampang Park iaitu pusat membeli-belah pertama di Malaysia yang beroperasi sejak Julai 1989, akan ditutup mulai 1 Januari 2018 bagi membolehkan pusat beli-belah itu dimajukan sebagai tapak projek pembangunan stesen Transit Aliran Massa (MRT).

Berikutan penutupan restoran McDonald’s Ampang Park, rakyat Malaysia kini boleh mencipta memori baharu dan kenangan indah  bersama restoran McDonald’s di The Intermark, Jalan Tun Razak. Restoran yang baru dibuka ini menawarkan suasana moden dan peningkatan pengalaman pelanggan melalui pelbagai teknologi baharu dan konsep perkhidmatan pelanggan yang inovatif. Antaranya termasuklah:

  1. Kiosk layan diri atau ‘self-ordering kiosk’ (SOK) membolehkan pelanggan membuat pesanan sendiri dan membuat tempahan makanan mengikut kesukaan masing-masing.
  2. Perkhidmatan dua jenis kaunter yang membolehkan pelanggan sama ada yang membuat pesanan melalui SOK ataupun kaunter, untuk mengambil pesanan mereka apabila nombor pesanan dipaparkan di atas skrin, sekaligus mengurangkan masa menunggu dan tidak perlu lagi beratur panjang (please check on translation for no 2) against what was done for Bukit Bintang Opening Press Release BM version.   3. Transaksi tanpa tunai memudahkan pelanggan membuat pembayaran menggunakan kad kredit atau debit.

Pengarah Kanan Pemasaran, Komunikasi dan Penyelidikan  McDonald’s Malaysia, Melati Abdul Hai berkata, penubuhan restoran di The Intermark merupakan sebahagian daripada perancangan McDonald’s bagi memastikan kelancaran perkhidmatan McDonald’s kepada para pelanggan di kawasan tersebut.

“Terletak di seberang Ampang Park, pelanggan-pelanggan sama ada yang bekerja atau tinggal di kawasan tersebut masih boleh mendapatkan hidangan McDonald’s kegemaran mereka tanpa perlu berjalan jauh,” beliau berkata semasa sambutan bagi menandakan penutupan rasmi restoran McDonald’s Ampang Park.

Ini merupakan restoran McDonald’s kelima yang dilengkapi dengan kemudahan perkhidmatan pelanggan yang telah ditambah baik. Sejak awal tahun ini, McDonald’s telah memperbaharui dan menaiktaraf cawangan-cawangan restorannya dengan konsep moden dan berteknologi di Jalan Bukit Bintang, Bangsar, KLCC dak Seksyen 3, Shah Alam.

Program Mobilepreneur memperkenalkan konsep perniagaan yang menawarkan pelbagai jenis perkhidmatan kemahiran terus ke rumah atau ke mana-mana saja lokasi berbanding dengan usahawan bergerak sedia ada yang hanya tertumpu kepada penjualan atau penghantaran makanan.

Program Mobilepreneur @KKLW lebih menumpukan kepada perniagaan berbentuk perkhidmatan-perkhidmatan yang terdiri daripada 13 bidang terpilih iaitu perkhidmatan automatif, motosikal, elektrikal, penghawa dingin ,j ahitan, gunting dan dandanan rambut, senggaraan bangunan, senggaraan paip, fotografi, kimpalan, komputer, elektornik serta perkhidmatan spa dan kecantikan.

Pada pembentangan bajet 2017 oleh YAB PM, peruntukan sebanyak RM30 juta diberi untuk melahirkan 3,000 usahawan bergerak di bawah Program Mobilepreneur@KKLW. Ini menj adi perangsang kepada GIATMARA dan FELCRA (FTC) selaku agensi pelaksana unutk membantu melahirkan lebih ramai usahawan luar bandar.

Program Ceria Kembali Ke Sekolah FELCRA Berhad

Menyedari kepentingan sektor pendidikan negara bagi memastikan masa depan pelajar terjamin FELCRA Berhad telah menyalurkan bantuan dalam Program Ceria Kembali Ke Sekolah FELCRA Berhad.Program ini menyasarkan kepada golongan B40 yang berfujuan meringankan beban isi rumah di samping memastikan keselesaan pelajar-pelajar untuk memulakan alam persekolahan bagi tahun 2018.

Bantuan ini disalurkan dalam bentuk kelengkapan persekolahan iaitu pakaian sekolah, beg sekolah, kasut, stoking, buku latihan dan peralatan tulis.Program ini memberikan manafaat kepada melebihi 18 ribu orang anak-anak desa yang terdiri dari anak-anak peserta, anak-anak staf dan penduduk berhampiran kawasan operasi FELCRA Berhad iaitu di Wilayah Johor 2,429 orang, Wilayah Utara (Kedah dan Perlis) 1,008 orang, Wilayah Pahang 2,314 orang, Wilayah Perak 1,285 orang, Wilayah Sarawak 1,500 orang, Wilayah Tengah (Melaka, Selangor dan Negeri Sembilan) 773 orang, Wilayah Timur (Kelam‘an & Terengganu) 4,422 orang, Wilayah Sabah 3,604 orang dan Ibu Pejabat 762 orang. Jumlah keseluruhan penerima sumbangan adalah berjumlah 18,097 orang dengan perunfukan melebihi RM6.3 juta.

LULUH diumum lagu HOT 2017

Luluh nyanyian Khai Bahar dipilih sebagai Lagu Hot 2017 apabila mengungguli undian tertinggi untuk kategori tersebut di Top Hot 2017 yang bermula dari 13 November sehingga 15 Disember lalu. Butik Qasmeera diasaskan oleh Che Lee atau nama sebenar Rosli Hamzah pada 2016.Qashmeera yang sebelum ini terkenal dengan tudung dan shawl bakal berubah ke Ready To Wear Bridal. Semua rekaan untuk Ready To Wear Bridal akan direka oleh Amir Kadir.

“Buat masa sekarang, nama produk untuk kolaborasi di antara Qashmeera dengan Amir Kadir masih belum diputuskan lagi. Ia bakal diumumkan dalam masa terdekat ini. Semua rekaan bakal direka oleh pereka Amir Kadir tetapi eksklusif hanya untuk Qashmeera sahaja, ia tidak akan sama dengan koleksi bridal rekaan Amir Kadir,” ujar Amir Kadir.

“Kolaborasi ini dijangka bermula pada bulan Mac atau April 2018 depan. Sebelum itu, Qashmeera akan menghabiskan semua stok koleksi yang ada di butik dengan beberapa tawaran diskaun untuk semua pengunjung. Jadi selepas ini, Qashmeera akan menumpukan sepenuhnya produk Ready To Wear Bridal bersama Amir Kadir”, tambah Che Lee.

Qashmeera telah pun mengeluarkan koleksi terbaru tudung iaitu Miera Butterfly Premium . Koleksi tudung ini mengandungi 14 warna satu rekaan dan berharga RM89.90 setiap satu. Oleh kerana ia adalah edisi terhad, maka hanya 14,000 helai tudung sahaja yang akan dijual.

Tiffany Teh Yih Tyng represents Malaysia to Miss Chinese International Pageant

The first runner-up of Miss Astro Chinese International Pageant (MACIP) 2017 – Tiffany Teh Yih Tyng will be representing Malaysia to contest in Miss Chinese International Pageant (MCIP) which will be held in February 2018 in Hong Kong.

The 21-year old Malaysian contestant is an undergraduate student from Monash Melbourne University, majoring in accounting and finance.

Born in Kuala Lumpur, Teh is an amazing dancer and has impressed the judges during the finals of MACIP with her Rumba dance.

The performance also won her the subsidiary title of Miss Finesse and Miss Body Beautiful.

With the withdrawal of this year’s MACIP champion, Moon Tan Yue-Er, Teh is expected to carry out all official pageant duties including competing at the MCIP.
