SITI KHADIJAH HALIM DAN PARA PELAKON VIU ORIGINAL FROM SAGA WITH LOVE 2 BERTEMU GABENOR SAGA, JEPUN

Musim kedua drama bersiri Viu Original From Saga With Love telah memulakan penggambarannya di Saga, Jepun pada 16 Mei yang lepas. Ketika di sana, pelakon siri sequel yang paling dinantikan ini iaitu Siti Khadijah Halim, Ikmal Amry, Fimie Don, Sophia Albarakbah dan Hun Haqeem berpeluang bertemu dan beramah mesra bersama Gabenor Saga, Tuan Yoshinori Yamaguchi di ibu pejabat Kerajaan Saga sehari sebelum penggambaran bermula.

Sesi pertemuan tersebut turut dihadiri Pengarah, Umi Salwana, Penerbit, Lina Tan, Pengarah Produksi Viu, Imillya Irwani Roslan serta Ketua-Ketua Bahagian Pentadbiran Saga, wakil Saga Film Commission, jurubahasa dan media.

Kedatangan para pelakon dan pihak produksi From Saga With Love disambut baik oleh Gabenor Tuan Yoshinori Yamaguchi yang juga menyatakan sokongan beliau terhadap penggambaran drama bersiri ini.

“From Saga With Love musim pertama telah menerima maklum balas yang sangat baik dan saya sangat teruja menantikan sequal drama bersiri ini,” kata beliau.

Menurut salah seorang pelakon drama romantik komedi ini, Siti Khadijah Halim, “Saya sangat gembira apabila dapat kembali semula menjalani penggambaran di Saga. Ini merupakan sumbangan kecil saya dalam mengukuhkan lagi hubungan baik antara Saga dan Malaysia.”

Selain daripada berkongsi pendapat ketika sesi tersebut, mereka juga bertukar-tukar cenderahati bersama Tuan Yoshinori Yamaguchi. Malah, pertemuan ini juga turut mendapat liputan media dari negara Jepun antaranya NHK TV, Saga TV, Bunbun TV, Saga Shimbun dan Asahi Shimbun.

23 Selebriti Popular Hadiri Program Viu Together Gather

Program ini merupakan anjuran bersama Viu Malaysia dan agensi, Rich Colors Advertising Sdn Bhd.

Program ini merupakan usaha Viu Malaysia dalam memperkenalkan jenama Viu dan rangkaian kandungan program tempatan dan antarabangsa terbaik yang tersedia di Viu di Pantai Timur. Dengan perubahan landskap pengiklanan di mana banyak jenama telah beralih ke platform digital dalam aspek promosi dan pemasaran, program ini juga sekaligus membuka peluang terutamanya kepada usahawan tempatan yang ingin berkolaborasi dan mengembangkan perniagaan mereka bersama Viu Malaysia.

Viu Announces ‘The Publicist’

Vuclip, a PCCW Media Company, and the leading premium video-on-demand service provider for emerging markets, today announced the star studded cast of its upcoming original, a romantic drama series titled The Publicist.

The Publicist, conceptualized by Monty Tiwa, is a story that focuses on the relationship between a troubled actor, Reynaldi, whose career is in jeopardy following a scandal and a publicist, Julia, who is brought in to help restore his tarnished image. Adipati Dolken and Prisia Nasution play the roles of Actor and Publicist respectively in this romantic drama.

“I’m excited to play a complex and original character like Julia, an image maker who provides a second chance to Reynaldi to rebuild his life and career after a scandal. In this era of strong gender biases in Indonesia, playing a character who is confident and outspoken and yet has a past that she doesn’t want to reveal is a rare and compelling opportunity,” said Prisia Nasution.

“Working with Viu Indonesia allowed me as a filmmaker to work more creatively than ever before. It was a delight to create a series with big screen treatments, explore story ideation and develop the script. We have worked with the best crew and cast in the movie industry for The Publicist. Here at Viu Malaysia, we would like to share with you a list of shows that can accompany your quality time with your family this Ramadan.

24 Karat

Viu has just announced an Indonesian Original series entitled “24 Karat”. 24 Karat is a six-episode Indonesian romantic comedy available exclusively on Viu every Friday beginning May 26^th 2017.

The series chronicles the journey of J and Puspa, two customer service employees who are put through a test of character during Ramadan. They must deal with many guests with diverse personalities. On one particular day, a guests visits and mysteriously disappears moments after, leaving behind something that will forever change J’s perspective of her job and even her life.

The 24 Karat series is directed by Alyandra Pandjipoera, a young director who has produced more than 50 leading works including several Indonesian movies such as London Love Story, My Idiot Brother, Lagu Untuk Tuhan, Satu Hati Sejuta Cinta and Potong Bebek Angsa. London Love Story was recently nominated in the 2017 Indonesian Box Office Movie Awards for the Best Director category.

Benar Benar Cinta

Adapted from the Taiwanese drama ‘Devil Beside You’, Benar Benar Cinta is a romantic comedy about the love interest and friendship of a girl named Ghea. Find out what happens when Ghea’s love letter to Wisnu is photocopied and shared in public. All 7 episodes are available on Viu.

Keliwon
