The first runner-up of Miss Astro Chinese International Pageant (MACIP) 2017 – Tiffany Teh Yih Tyng will be representing Malaysia to contest in Miss Chinese International Pageant (MCIP) which will be held in February 2018 in Hong Kong.
The 21-year old Malaysian contestant is an undergraduate student from Monash Melbourne University, majoring in accounting and finance.
Born in Kuala Lumpur, Teh is an amazing dancer and has impressed the judges during the finals of MACIP with her Rumba dance.
The performance also won her the subsidiary title of Miss Finesse and Miss Body Beautiful.
With the withdrawal of this year’s MACIP champion, Moon Tan Yue-Er, Teh is expected to carry out all official pageant duties including competing at the MCIP.
Organized by Hong Kong-based Television Broadcasts Limited (TVB), the Miss Chinese International Pageant is an annual event, well-known in Chinese community around the world.
Since its inception in 1988, MCIP has produced many successful and well-known artists including Michelle Reis, Anita Yuen, Christy Chung and Linda Chung.
