Kumpulan rock popular dari Amerika Syarikat, Gun N Roses bakal adakan persembahan di negara ini sempena konsert jelajah “Not In This Lifetime Tour 2018” yang akan berlangsung pada 14 November ini. Konsert anjuran Galaxy Group dengan kerjasama LAMC Productions & Rockstar Touring akan di adakan  di Surf Beach, Sunway Lagoon.

Gun N Roses pernah mengadakan konsert di Litar Antarabangsa Sepang (SIC) pada 2013, namun Not In This Lifetime Tour 2018 ini paling dinantikan kerana ia menggabungkan kembali tiga anggota asal paling popular iaitu Axl Rose (penyanyi), Slash (gitar) dan Duff McKagan (bass).

Ketika konsert di SIC lima tahun lalu, hanya Axl Rose tampil sebagai anggota asal.

Selain mereka bertiga, Guns N Roses kini dianggotai Dizzy Reed (keyboard), Richard Fortus (gitar), Frank Ferrer (dram) dan Melissa Resse ( keyboard).

Selain Kuala Lumpur, band dari Los Angeles, Amerika Syarikat itu turut singgah di Jakarta, Manila, Taipei, Hong Kong dan Abu Dhabi.

Not In This Lifetime Tour bermula di Los Angeles pada 1 April 2016. Sehingga hari ini, sebanyak 150 konsert sudah diadakan di Amerika Utara, Amerika Selatan, Eropah, Asia, Australia dan New Zealand.

Malah, konsert jelajah berkenaan diiktiraf sebagai antara paling berjaya sepanjang zaman apabila mencatat keuntungan lebih USD480 juta (RM1.91 bilion) sehingga Disember tahun lalu.

Guns N Roses yang ditubuhkan pada 1985 serta popular menerusi lagu seperti Sweet Child O Mine, Welcome To The Jungle, Don’t Cry, You Could Be Mine dan Patience sudah menghasilkan enam studio album yang keseluruhannya dijual lebih 100 juta unit di seluruh dunia.
