KSKK juga antara salah satu daripada lima projek utama di bawah Pelan Tindakan 3 Program Pemangkin Jangka Pendek Seni Persembahan. Ia bertujuan mewujudkan landasan komersial seni persembahan bagi program bersepadu jangkauan komuniti dan penaung seni persembahan. KSKK secara tuntasnya mahu meningkatkan profil seni dan budaya supaya sektor swasta menyedari bahawa seni dan budaya adalah landasan bersesuaian untuk mempromosikan matlamat dan jenama syarikat mereka.
